Black Women Talk Tech — membership platform for the BWTT community
Black Women Talk Tech
Challenge
BWTT runs a 2,500-strong membership community plus the Roadmap to Billions conference series. It needed a single home that handled membership signup, conference marketing across multiple cities, learning content, and advocacy — without splintering across separate tools.
Solution
Custom build covering member signup and gated content, conference programmes for Roadmap to Billions (Toronto and others), the BWTT Happenings calendar, and learning resources. Brand-led editorial layout, not a generic association template.
Result
Members, prospective founders, conference attendees, and partners all land in one place. The team manages membership, events, and content from a single admin instead of stitching tools together.

Frenchmen — event-series site for a Caribbean all-inclusive party brand
Frenchmen
Challenge
Frenchmen runs a calendar of events — Climax, Soca Season, Rise Up, BlockO, Frenchmen Weekend — that previously lived across flyers, social posts, and third-party ticket pages. Buyers had no single place to see what was coming and grab tickets.
Solution
Custom WordPress build with a year-round events calendar, dedicated event pages, gallery, food court menu, and a ticket funnel. Visual energy tuned to the brand: bold motion, party imagery, no corporate flatness.
Result
One destination for the entire Frenchmen calendar. Customers see what's next, grab tickets, and stay in the brand instead of bouncing through unrelated ticket platforms.

Welleness Retreats — booking & brand site for a women’s wellness retreat brand
Welleness Retreats by Elle Creative
Challenge
Welleness Retreats is a sister brand to Elle Creative, focused on Caribbean wellness experiences for women. It needed its own home — soulful, premium, story-led — without diluting the parent agency or feeling like a clone of every other retreat site.
Solution
Custom WordPress build with a quiet, editorial visual system, structured retreat models (private label and open enrolment), services, events, and an enquiry funnel for guests and partners.
Result
Standalone presence for the retreat brand. Prospective guests and partner brands can read the offer, see the experience, and convert without bouncing back to the agency site.

Kingston Kitchen — vendor onboarding system
Kingston Kitchen
Challenge
Vendor signups were managed through disparate forms, spreadsheets, and back-and-forth emails — slow for the team and confusing for vendors. The festival also needed a public face for sponsors, tickets, schedule, and recipes.
Solution
A purpose-built vendor onboarding pipeline where vendors register, upload documents, and track approval status from a single portal — paired with a public WordPress site covering sponsors, ticketing, schedule, and recipes.
Result
Onboarding time roughly halved. Team stopped chasing paperwork. Vendors and sponsors self-serve through one source of truth.

KPREIT — institutional website
Kingston Properties REIT
Challenge
KPREIT needed an investor-facing site that felt institutional — clear, calm, credible — and that made annual reports, financials, and corporate actions easy to find for analysts and shareholders.
Solution
A clean, institutional-grade WordPress build with structured sections for investor relations, board, properties across four countries, and corporate disclosures. JSE-aware copy, pared-down visual language, fast page loads.
Result
A site shareholders, analysts, and the JSE can navigate without friction. Editorial team publishes reports and corporate actions without developer help.

Sugarcane Travel — site stabilisation & care
Sugarcane Travel Concierge
Challenge
Site had been left alone for months: outdated plugins, slow hosting, broken integrations, no clear owner. The concierge brand also needed a site that matched its quiet, premium "arrive in Jamaica, exhale" positioning.
Solution
Migrated to managed infrastructure behind Cloudflare, patched the WordPress stack, rebuilt the contact and enquiry funnels, and tightened the editorial layout to match the brand voice.
Result
Stable hosting, no further plugin-related outages, and a site that finally reads like the experience it sells. Now under ongoing care.

Jamaica Energy Partners — corporate site for an independent power producer
Jamaica Energy Partners (JEP Group)
Challenge
JEP needed a corporate site that matched the seriousness of its operations — an established IPP with a CSR programme, scholarships, sister entity Eight Rivers Energy, and a long public-facing record — without feeling like a brochure built in 2014.
Solution
Custom WordPress build covering company, leadership, careers, CSR programmes, scholarship applications, group entities, awards, and stories. Editorial tone calibrated to a long-tenured operator in regulated infrastructure.
Result
A site that holds up to scrutiny from regulators, partners, and prospective hires. Editorial and HR teams update CSR, careers, and scholarships without developer support.

Elle Creative — agency site for an events & creative strategy studio
Elle Creative (Elleja)
Challenge
Elle Creative works across event production, project management, and creative strategy — a service mix that's hard to communicate without falling into generic agency tropes. The site had to land the breadth without diluting the brand.
Solution
Custom WordPress build with a tight services architecture, event-led visual storytelling, and a contact funnel pitched at brands and partners. Voice and layout match the founder's editorial sensibility.
Result
A site that reads like the studio behind it — confident, modern, and unambiguous about what's on offer. Prospects land already understanding the engagement model.

Villa Deluxe Paradise — rebuild of a luxury villa rental site
Villa Deluxe Paradise
Challenge
The previous Villa Deluxe site looked like a generic vacation rental listing — a mismatch for a property booking at the high end (private chef, spa services, weddings, private beach). Booking enquiries weren't reflecting the calibre of the villa itself.
Solution
Full rebuild on WordPress with editorial layouts for accommodations, rates and amenities, dining and spa, weddings and events, location, and a direct-booking funnel. Visual system tuned to guests considering Caribbean luxury rentals — not budget travellers.
Result
The site finally reads at the price point of the villa. Guests see the experience — chef, spa, weddings, private beach — and book direct instead of bouncing through third-party listings.

Uncorked — restaurant group rebuild
Uncorked Jamaica
Challenge
The previous Uncorked site was built for a single restaurant. The brand had since grown into a group — Uncorked, Uncorked Too, Uncorked West, Uncorked Sovereign North, Uncorked Ochi, and a sister brand Chop'd — and the old site couldn't carry the locations, menus, ordering, or brand family without strain.
Solution
Full rebuild on WordPress + WooCommerce with location pages for every site, integrated online ordering and reservations, sister-brand cross-linking to Chop'd, and a refreshed visual system. Old content and SEO equity preserved through the migration.
Result
One coherent home for the entire restaurant group. Customers find their nearest location, order online, and book a table without leaving the brand. The team manages all locations and menus from one admin.

TalkTech Association — research site for a Black-tech-founder advocacy nonprofit
TalkTech Association
Challenge
TalkTech publishes research on funding inequity for Black tech founders and convenes board members across the ecosystem. The site had to land that work as a serious research voice — credible to investors, policymakers, and the press — not as another nonprofit microsite.
Solution
Custom WordPress build organised around the mission, the research report, board members, and a download funnel for the report. Editorial layout calibrated to readers who care about the data behind the headline.
Result
A site that frames TalkTech as a research voice. The full report is one click from the homepage; board credibility is visible above the fold.

Stanley Motta — corporate site for a Kingston commercial landlord
Stanley Motta Limited
Challenge
Stanley Motta needed a site that matched the calibre of its tenants — BPO operators, blue-chip professional services — and gave prospective lessees a clear read on the campus, amenities, and availability.
Solution
Custom WordPress build covering buildings, amenities, investor hub, news and media, and a tenant help desk. Editorial layout frames the property as prime commercial real estate, with a contact and newsletter funnel for prospective tenants.
Result
One institutional surface for prospective lessees, investors, and journalists. Building specs, contact, and news now live in a single place under the brand.

Musson Foundation — philanthropy site for the Musson Group’s giving arm
The Musson Foundation
Challenge
The Foundation runs education, community, and sports programmes across Jamaica but had no proper home for its impact reporting, partner outreach, and annual reports. Donors and partners were learning about the work piecemeal.
Solution
Custom WordPress build organised around projects, annual reports, media, and partner onboarding. Testimonials and statistics carry the impact story; partner CTA threads through the site.
Result
A single, credible home for the Foundation's programmes and reporting. Partners have a clear way in. Annual reports and media now sit on a surface that matches the Group's stature.

Film Factory NYC — production-space leasing site
Film Factory NYC
Challenge

Solution
Custom WordPress build with structured sections for the building, specs, availability, and location, plus a leasing contact funnel. Visual language matched to the creative-industrial brand.
Result
Prospective tenants can see what's available, what the space supports, and how to book a tour without calling the office.

AcceleratorCON — conference site & ticketing
AcceleratorCON
Challenge
A new flagship conference launching at Bryant Park's Jay Conference Center needed a site that handled marketing, schedule, speakers, sponsors, exhibitor applications, and ticket sales under one roof on a tight launch timeline.
Solution
Custom WordPress + WooCommerce build with ticketing, structured sections for schedule, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, venue, and a University Pavilion programme. Countdown, CTAs, and sponsor tiers wired through every page.
Result
A single funnel for tickets, exhibitor applications, and sponsorship enquiries. The team updates schedule and speakers without developer involvement.

Chop’d — restaurant brand site with online shop
Chop'd by UnCorked
Challenge
Chop'd is a sister brand to UnCorked Jamaica with its own visual identity, menu, and shop. It needed a standalone site that felt energetic and food-forward — and that handled menu browsing and online sales without bolted-on plugins.
Solution
Custom WordPress + WooCommerce build with shop, menu and location pages, and an editorial 'inside the kitchen' content surface. Tied into the wider UnCorked brand family without sharing infrastructure.
Result
Standalone presence for the brand. Customers browse the menu, find a location, and order through one site — without the friction of generic ordering apps.

Catena at Drax — luxury residences sales site
Drax Hall Ltd / Catena Estates
Challenge
Drax Hall was launching Catena, a 135-unit gated community in St. Ann, and needed a sales-grade site that buyers and investors could browse — features, floor plans, location, availability — without picking up the phone.
Solution
Custom WordPress build with structured sections for the development, two home designs, location and map, FAQ, and a 'schedule a site visit' enquiry funnel. Visual language pitched at high-end residential buyers and overseas investors.
Result
Buyers can self-serve through features, floor plans, and availability. The sales team gets qualified enquiries through a single funnel instead of inbound calls.

The World Up Closer — travel content creator portfolio
Shea Powell — The World Up Closer
Challenge
Shea was building an audience across social platforms but had no central home for her travel content, brand partnerships, or media kit. She needed a site that read as a credible creator brand, not a default blog template.
Solution
Custom WordPress build with editorial layouts for travel stories, an about/press surface for partnerships, and contact paths for collaborations. Designed for her voice and the destinations she covers.
Result
A central place for her work that brands and editors can take seriously. Storytelling and partnership enquiries no longer compete with social-platform churn.

Blue Banyan Books — Caribbean publishing & bookshop
Blue Banyan Books
Challenge
Blue Banyan needed a single home that worked as both an editorial showcase for Caribbean writers and as a working bookshop — without the visual compromise of a generic e-commerce template.
Solution
Custom WordPress + WooCommerce build with editorial layouts for authors and titles, plus a checkout flow tuned for international book buyers. Tone matched to a literary independent press.
Result
Readers can browse, learn about Caribbean writers, and buy books in one place. The press has full editorial control without depending on a marketplace.
Foundation · 2026
Smikle Legal — privacy & data-protection law firm site
Smikle Legal
Challenge
Smikle Legal is a specialist firm in privacy, data protection, and AI governance — a niche where credibility shows in the first scroll. The site had to read as authoritative to in-house counsel, regulators, and boards across the Caribbean.
Solution
Custom WordPress build with a calm, institutional editorial layout — practice areas, regulatory updates, and contact. No filler, no stock-legal imagery. Voice tuned to senior decision-makers.
Result
A site that signals specialism on first read. Prospective clients arrive on practice-area pages already understanding what the firm does and why it's qualified to do it.

CHIP — directory & matching platform for certified financial professionals
CHIP Professionals
Challenge
CHIP needed more than a marketing site — it had to function as a working directory: clients build a profile, get matched with curated CFP® professionals, and pros get a paid presence. Two audiences, two account types, one platform.
Solution
Custom build with separate flows for clients (profile, matching, find-a-pro) and professionals (become-a-pro, paid listing), gated logged-in areas, blog and financial-coaching content surfaces, and the brand programmes WTF Financial Coaching and Cultural Coins.
Result
Single platform that runs both sides of the marketplace — clients onboard and find a pro, professionals join and get listed — without stitching together separate directory and CMS tools.

ePost Caribbean — agency site for a Caribbean digital marketing firm
ePost Caribbean
Challenge
ePost runs a wide service mix — email and SMS marketing, digital coupons, landing pages, print media, digital storefronts, event tickets, data cleaning. The previous site couldn't carry that range without feeling like a list of plugins for hire.
Solution
Custom WordPress + WooCommerce build with structured service pages, pricing surface, portfolio, testimonials, and a shop. Each service is a real page, not a checklist. Tone calibrated to brand and marketing buyers in the region.
Result
Prospects can see the full scope of work, the proof, and the pricing in one place — and land directly on the service they searched for instead of a generic homepage.

DOS Jamaica — corporate site for a document technology partner
DOS 2009 Limited
Challenge
DOS supplies and manages hardware and document software for Jamaican businesses — from single-office setups to multi-site enterprise. Their offer (offset-to-digital, workflow automation, managed hardware) is technical and didn't translate easily on the previous site.
Solution
Custom WordPress build with structured services (printers, copiers, content management, workflow automation), partner brand surfaces, and a quote-request funnel. Tone calibrated to office managers, IT leads, and procurement.
Result
Buyers see the full offer in one place — hardware, software, support — and request a quote through a single funnel. Sales no longer re-explains the service mix on every first call.
Foundation · 2026
IMCS Constructions — services site for a Jamaican construction firm
Immaculate Maintenance and Construction (IMCS)
Challenge
IMCS offers a wide service mix — general construction, architectural designs, renovation, smart home, roofing, painting, 3D plans, hurricane repair, bills of quantity. The previous web presence didn't make any of this legible to a residential or commercial client deciding who to hire.
Solution
Custom WordPress build with a clear services architecture, quote-request funnel, and project-led visual storytelling. Each service area gets its own page so prospects can land directly from search.
Result
Prospective clients can see the full scope of services, request a quote without phoning the office, and arrive on the right service page from search instead of a generic homepage.
